Future ride credit:
All tickets can be transferred* to another date, time, or event** within one (1) year of the originally scheduled trip date. To redeem future ride credit, contact us at (570) 778-7531.
*In the case of a more expensive event, ticket holders pay the difference.
** Provided that tickets are still available for new selected trip.
Refunds:
All refunds subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
For standard normal priced train rides, a cancellation of 48 hours or more must be provided from the first departure of the ticket date. Standard rides include but are not limited to, Easter Bunny, pumpkin, and Santa trips.
For specialty train rides with an added price, a cancellation of seven (7) days or more must be provided from the first departure of the ticket date. Specially rides include but are not limited to, wine, beer, picnic, Firefly, and movie trains.
